Mogan Ridge offers excellent deer and turkey hunting and is ideal for recreation. The Ohio River and its' tributaries offer good fishing and water sports. There is an estimated 18,000 acres of water between the Cannelton, IN dam and the dam at Louisville, KY. The geography of Derby, situated on the banks of the Ohio, have made it attractive as a 'get-away'. A boat ramp allows.
